Director: Joan Morote Robles

Our Group is formed by Urologists, Pathologists and Specialists in Biology dedicated to basic and translational research in urological diseases, mainly prostate cancer (PCa) and kidney cancer. Since its inception, the Group’s doctors and basic researchers have maintained a close collaboration and share a common interest in the understanding the causes of cancer development and progression. This collaboration allows the identification of unresolved problems in clinical practice and their translation to the research laboratory, where the team of experienced basic scientists applies the most effective strategies to investigate and solve critical problems.
